Our Campgrounds
Kentucky Camp Company operates at campgrounds within the majestic Daniel Boone National Forest. We are currently finalizing locations for 2021, but for now all reservations will be at the Twin Knobs Campground at Cave Run Lake.
Twin Knobs Campground at Cave Run Lake
Nestled in the rolling hills of Rowan County along the Licking River, Cave Run Lake is an incredible getaway anytime of year and especially wonderful in the summer months when you can enjoy the lake. Twin Knobs is a beautiful shaded campground with great access to the lakeshore.
Twin Knobs is a US Forest Service Campground and has a full suite of amenities including restroom and shower facilities, convenient access to drinking water, ice and firewood for purchase, and is staffed by campground hosts. Each site includes a level tent pad, a picnic table, a fire pit, and room to park two vehicles.
Located about an hour east of Lexington near Morehead, KY.
